We snagged ourselves a couple of free tickets to the Portland RV Show down at the Expo Center. Had a blast checking out all the motorhomes, trailers, toy haulers, campers and tent trailers. Our favorite was the Outback Loft.

Oh wow, we were just there in Portland and missed the show. You brought back memories. That show is where we first learned about Arctic Fox and later, bought our rig from a guy we met there. Good show to check out the latest!

Hi and thanks for your visit to my blog today. It has kind of changed over the years. Since Annie’s death and my one solo Snowbird trip I haven’t made many RV trips and only one of any length. It is a wonderful life style and one that I hope you two get the chance to experience. I am so glad that I took an early retirement so that I got to spend the last 19 months of Annie’s life totally with her and we got to make two wonderful Snowbird trips of 4 months each, plus a month long trip every summer. Don’t let the quest for the all mighty dollar keep you in the rat race too long. Once you have enough money to be comfortable, go for the time. You can always go back to work if you have to but you can never replace the time.
You have a good looking site here but I am not sure how I go about reading all of the articles. I get the feeling that I’m only seeing the introduction to them. Guess I need to explore more.
