It has been nearly a month since Scott and I have gone camping. Now that might not seem like very long but when you go back to work on Mondays and have nothing to show for the weekend but the fact that you got the laundry caught up, it’s downright depressing. Not to mention the fact that spending your weekends being all ‘domestic’ leaves you with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to write about on your RV blog.
So when I saw that there was a coupon for some free camping, I got pretty excited. The deal is you pay for two nights of camping and get the third for free. Of course, it’s only good during weekdays and only at first-come, first-serve state parks, but I’ll take it. Now if I can just figure out how to make it coincide with the free admission weekends at national parks and maybe throw in a little boondocking, maybe we can get an entire week out of it - for CHEAP. I’ve got some serious planning to do.
