During a Sunday drive to the Oregon coast, we discovered (quite by accident) that you are allowed to take your vehicle out onto the beach at Gearhart, just above Seaside. So of course we had to try it out!
We had so much fun we’re actually thinking of making a day out of it sometime — you know, bringing along the lounge chairs, a picnic lunch, our doggies and tailgating right there on the beach. Fabulous idea.
